Progressed to In-person interview after initial phone screen. In-person interview then changed to phone interview, then changed to in-person interview due to interviewer''s travel schedule. There was no real depth to the interview questioning.

Interview
I applied for a HR manager position in Fort Worth. The recruiter called me the next day and asked me very surface level questions. He didn’t reach out until the next week, although he said the next day, to set up the next interview and it was not who he said it was going to be with. The next interview went awesome and although I heard I would hear back soon I never did even after following up with them. Disappointing overall just get back to your candidates especially if you’re HR
