Interview
The problem is not the standard procedure. But after you pass the whole selection process you must wait after candidates who have a team leader inside company like support. So, you can see who comes at the process start working before you and you must wait and wait and wait your turn.

Question 1
Ask you have experience and five years reference. If you come abroad from UK you're lost, because the agents from recruiting company are not able to check your abroad reference.
They have no other criteria, don't ask you about your skills, the test of your IQ level or if you able to learn quick is not considered.

Interview
The process took a bit longer since the hub in working at is based in JFK. I had to go through getting an airport ID and customs clearance. Interview was pretty easygoing.
