Had 2 good interviews. conversations where about the company itself mainly which i found was a bit disapointing. therefore, i also concluded that the manager was a bit junior (despite his age)
Video interview online using Zoom. Worked ok but I pushed the wrong buttons and lost the connection and never tried to reconnect over the next few days. They never called back.
Very friendly , but multiple interviews. Met a lot of the team. More conversational style interview- getting to know you as much as getting to know them. Warm people - but asked many questions to make sure there was a fit.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Sindelfingen)

Fast and easy if you have a referral. The HP culture is still there and the business model / go to market makes complete sense
