I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dal-Tile (Boston, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I talked to the sales service center manager. We set up a date to do an interview. I went in the interview was short and to the point. It went well. I was contacted shortly after to be told I was given the position. From there it took a long time to get through the paperwork aspect of things with HR.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dal-Tile (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
I interviewed with two of the three managers at the facility. The interview was very laid back, and they managed to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They asked me questions about my prior experience with the company (I interned with them a couple years prior), and also allowed me to ask questions that I had about the company and the location that I would be working in.
