very easy interview process. its mainly the referral job, if you have any known person in management, you can easily enter the company. the VP will ask you some questions regarding your studies and your interests for the job. I applied in the electrical department, so 2nd round of interview was with the HOD i.e. chief engineer , who will ask you technical questions.
