Aptitude test is followed by group discussion and ending with both technical and HR interview. Theinterviews carried are about 15mins each. The difficulty not that hard and are relatively supportive.
Two persons were there . Tech+HR Basic HR questions+Technical was asked.Core subjects were asked.Friendly interview experience. Power system,Electrical machines,college project ,about summer training. Experiences,About company.Skills . power system protection,transformer,Alternators,protection schemes

I had applied providing my C.V., there was an F2F interview round, and I was said that i could join the next day.
But they did do a background check beforehand, and from what i understood, that part plays a very crucial role in the acceptance.
