Interview
The interview process felt loosely structured compared to similar processes elsewhere. Questions varied significantly between interviews and there was limited alignment on what was being assessed. After progressing through multiple steps, communication ended with a generic rejection and no feedback, despite a follow up request. Given the time invested, could be improved from a candidate experience perspective.
1 hour interview with the head of logistics and their superior.
Informal experience; one of the interviewers was wearing a winter hat.
Received a 'thanks but no thanks' an astonishing 10 WEEKS after the interview. Any company that takes that long to respond clearly has no respect for people's time.

It was an nice interview process. Had three interviews in total. had to do a case study, which I had to discuss with them afterwards. They ended up choosing someone internally and told me after the last step before receiving the offer
