Gespräch lief durch Teams. Die Mitarbeiter von Deloitte hatten die Kamera nicht an, also konnte ich Sie nicht wirklich kennen lernen/sehen. Sehr viele fachliche Fragen wurden gestellt, die leicht zu beantworten waren. Es wurden auch sehr viel in Frage gestellt, warum wieso weshalb Deloitte und die Spezialisierung. Der Ton des Gespräch hat mit nicht gefallen. Alle waren freundlich, aber etwas überheblich. Meine Gehaltsvorstellung wurde belächelt.

Sind Sie sich sicher, dass Sie sich spezialisieren wollen?
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
