Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

Question 1
If there were a conflict between you and another agent, how would you resolve the issue?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2013
Interview
It is a very long process. You apply and usually call or get a call instantly for the first screening. If you pass you get a second call scheduled for later down the road. After that, you get scheduled for a face to face interview. This process is usually conducted as a mass interview with 50-100 prospective new hires at one time. This is pretty much just a formality as if you are there, you have the job, unless of course you do/say something to ruin your image. After the interview, you are directed to another office where you start the background check. Once you clear, which sometimes takes a few weeks as you need FBI/Homeland security clearance to work at the airport, you get an offer of employment.
