Bait and switch. "Hourly Employment" apparently is code for part-time, which the job description did not mention, and the interviewers acted like I was stupid for not knowing that this was the term used within NJ state jobs. Furthermore, the "GIS Concentration" position was not actually going to use GIS and required scanning documents from an archive.
