The interview process was multiple rounds. Everyone seemed friendly and the team engaged until I started waiting for the last round, a "rubber stamp" call with the CEO. They decided to introduce more candidates into the hiring process at this stage and after another eight weeks said they had gone with another candidate. The whole process took over three months.
