Dexterra interview questions

The interview was very relaxed and comfortable. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They mainly focused on getting to know me, my background, and my past experiences. I was asked about my skills, school projects, and previous work. They also explained the company, their work environment, and details about the position. Overall, it was a positive and low pressure experience.

Phone interview from hr first (asked basic questions like why i want to work with them, what i knew about the company), then after few days, a call was scheduled to speak to dayforce manager and payroll manager.
