Good. Received phone call the day after submitting my application. It was a phone screen pre-interview. I was then invited to an in-person interview. Interview was friendly and collaborative. I answered questions about my experience and relatable information. Interview was about 30 minutes long.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
