Interview
The interviewing process consisted of three parts: an online assessment to verify you have the basic skills the job requires, a phone interview used by Discover's hiring department to get a feel for the individual's personality, and finally, an in-person, on-site interview where you will get the opportunity to listen to phone call conversations with customers you will be having, and giving your opinion on them, giving the hiring representative a chance to determine if you share the same views and values in customer care as the company does.

Recruiter had me listen to a real call and asked a few questions on how I'd approach finding a solution. He was friendly and the interview didn't last long, about 30 minutes on camera.
First a phone interview and then a in person interview. Everyone was every welcoming. Simple questions like why do you want to work here and gave out Scenarios like tell me a time where you dealt with a difficult customer

Interview
Started with a phone screening, then phone interview with another recruiter, followed by a 4-hour interview over Teams with 4 different members of the team. It was all very efficient and well-planned. They sent an agenda with Teams rooms in advance.
