starts with an application and is screened according the form filled up. an aptitude test and video session is conducted, after this if selected the candidate is called for the final round and goes through 4 rounds 2 being group activities conducted in front of a panel(which consists off head of departments and hr personal alike) and last 2 individual, the individual activities include a 4 minute extempore and a personal interview which goes around half and hour.
