The interview process was fine and the interviewers were very straightforward, however they would not answer to any of my follow-ups, nor did they provide a timeline. Three stages of interviews took them roughly 3 to 4 months to complete, with them taking a month or two between answering follow-up emails/providing feedback.
- Took an assessment on the second stage, where I had to do a real estate evaluation model.

Thorough interview, was asked many technical questions, as well as quant ones. Second stage was a RE valuation model and then the third stage was a face-to-face interview with a senior member. The overall experience was pretty bad though, even though the quality of the interviews was good, because they never got back to me in any of the interview stages, had to email them many times to get any feedback, even though I had passed the steps.
- Real Estate Valuation model. Math questions. Questions on DCF, Balance Sheet and Income Statement (how are they connected?) etc.
