      Interview

I applied through my university because I had studied the company for one of my classes and was intrigued. I had a first round interview on campus with a Dropbox Account Executive. The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions and questions about my resume. The interviewer was a little stoic in the interview room, but my subsequent interactions with him over phone/email were very friendly and left a positive impression. I had a second round phone screen with another Account Executive who also asked me some behavioral questions. In addition, he asked me a few interesting off-the-cuff questions, which caught me off guard. Based on his reactions to my answers, it definitely seemed like they were looking to hire people with unique personalities. Overall, the program sounded like a good opportunity, but they were really emphasizing the Sales aspect of the job, which was not something that I was looking to do in terms of my future career. Even though I didn't move on in the interview process, it was a positive experience and I wish the company all the best.
