I applied online. I interviewed at DuPont™ Danisco® (Beloit, WI) in Nov 2018
3 Rounds, did not take a ton of time, one in person, the questions were not too hard but very situational about and focused on how I worked with others and examples of that.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Ciudad de Mexico
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont™ Danisco® (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jan 2014
First I uploaded my CV to their web page. Then they called me and asked if I was interested, since I said yes, they asked if I could go to their site for an interview. When I went for the interview, I was with 3 other candidates, and they made us talk about some of our experiences, hobbies and so on. A week later they called me again for another interview, I went to their site again and I got a personal interview with my current boss. About 2 weeks later, they called and congratulated me because I was part of DuPont.
- For me there was not a particular difficult question, however, the fact that we had to be present with the other candidates, made the interviews much more stressing and competitive.
Anonymous Employee in New Century, KS
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DuPont™ Danisco® (New Century, KS) in Sep 2012
I found the job through a staffing agency, they arranged the first interview. Danisco contacted me right away and my interview was fine. The manager was very nice and gave me a true description of what I would be coming to: it was exactly as it was mentioned. I also interviewed with a supervisor.
- Customers are frustrated these days, we have angry people calling us. Are you scared?
Anonymous Employee in Cedar Rapids, IA
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont™ Danisco® (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Jan 2012
I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager (HR Manager) and then came on-site for an interview with the hiring manager and one other HR employee. The interview was easy-average difficulty. It was more focused on my experiences in school because I didn't have much previous experience being I was interviewing for an internship. The process went very smoothly and they followed up quickly too.
