Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Philadelphia, PA) in Jul 2009
Interview
The process was very simple and straightforward. The manager asked about my past service experience, availability and that was about it. Mostly they wanted to see if I appear to be capable of doing the job.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
