I applied for the job about 6 months before they called me. Red flag number one. Once we set up an interview time, I didn't get a chance to tour the office and wasn't really introduced to anyone outside of who I was meeting with. Since it was a small office, I assumed I'd at least get a tour around. Some of the questions were pretty basic (strengths, weaknesses, general conflict questions), then some of them were pretty strange. I noticed in the front, they have awards for various things and I noticed one called "Attendance Award," which made me think I was back in elementary school again. They asked me a question on how often I was sick, and I thought it was so weird, like they were already trying to gauge how often I would request time off. When employees don't want to come into work and have to constantly call in sick, the company is doing something wrong. Be wary of the questions E&M asks you because they have a purpose behind every single one and they aren't necessarily to see how strong of an employee you are. They want to know if you can follow direction blindly without asking any questions.
