I applied here and got an offered. I declined the offer due to below expected salary offer then I asked the recruiter if they have a different account I can be with and never got back to me. So much for professionalism

It is an easy process. Operation Manager of the campaign is the one who conduct the final interview and he is very nice. It goes well. He only want to know me better and know the history of my working experience.

It was a group interview. It was quite easy and made me feel comfortable, the interview was like having a conversation with a group of friends. But unfortunately I did not get the job.

All the recruiters and assessors there are accommodating and nice to talk with. I actually applied last week and got the job offer on the following day. There are a lot of requirements, but they will help you to accomplish all. I already joined EXL today. Kudos to their Recruitment team

Initial Interview - Conducted by the HR Team This was just about common questions on your daily life, how many years of experience you do have, things about yourself, took around 10 mins. Language Assessment - Conducted by their Indian Associate This was done over the phone too, has questions that will test your ability to answer questions quickly and how well can you express yourself using the English language. Final Interview - Conducted by on of their Account Supervisor This is like combination of the initial and the language assessment, they do ask you things about yourself, questions about your previous company and some questions about call handling.
