I went through a recruiting firm and participated in 1 phone screen, 2 video interviews and 2 in person interviews over the span of three weeks. Many of the questions were repeated in each part of the interview process, but the company was really trying to assess the right fit. I was able to share my expertise in several different examples and situations. I never felt rushed or stressed through the process.
