Had a phone interview that was relaxed and lasted about 30 minutes. Mostly tell me about yourself, behavioral questions, and what would you do in this situation type questions. Very nice, let me know about the hiring decision within 3 weeks.

2 interviews. 1 panel with 2 people where is very general, then another panel with 2 people a couple of weeks later where is more specific about the role and how you would be a fit to the company.
Three interviews with variety of personnel: Team leader, Support Engineer, and Controller. Mostly was spent describing and selling the position, did not ask too many specific questions of the interviewee.

It was a virtual interview 3 behavioral questions. It was a good conversation very formal. Learned a lot from the company and the role. Be prepare to talk about eaton and why you want to be part of the team
