The initial process was great. After my application, they asked me to evaluate two teaching videos. However, after I was told I would be extended an interview, nothing progressed for two months. I reached out several times, and though the hiring manager kept saying they were working on it, I never received any more information. Still unsure what happened there...

Had a screening process before the interview. Then I was asked to create a sample coaching session. Interview asked to act out what you came up with during your planning for the coaching session.
