Eleanor Health interview questions

This interview process was a joke. I apply, do the screening, and get invited to a manager screen. This interview involved two people - both of which clearly didn't have much experience interviewing people. I was asked questions that didn't make any sense or allow me to demonstrate my ability to do the job. When I asked them questions at the end, their responses were short, not insightful, and indicated they didn't care. I was also overqualified for this job - and received an automated rejection from the ATS. If I take the time to interview with you multiple times, it's a basic courtesy to reject me from a human. I wouldn't bother interviewing with this place again.
