It was fairly easy. What has helped is that I came through Emory Temp. Services ( ETS). The Staff at Emory ETS is a nice group of people. You have to go on line and post your resume, they conduct a criminal background, Drug testing, you have to submit to having vaccination e.g., flu, TB, and they also submit it you an assessment test
