The interview process is extremely exaggerated and disjointed. I initially interviewed with recruiter, followed by a soft land pre-screen with an administrator, followed by a zoom panel interview with 5 leadership team members of the department. I was then scheduled for a zoom panel interview with providers, followed by a scheduled on site interview with leadership team and providers that lasted 5hrs. I was then scheduled for an additional interview with administrator again who asked if I could make time to visit the campus a second time to meet with a provider who was not available during the first visit. As a candidate who was employed, this was extremely taxing to my time. The company would benefit from streamlining the interview process. I was ready to walk away after the 3rd interview as it set that tone that there were challenges with decision making, loop closing and time consideration within the department. If they cant value a candidates time they certainly wouldn't value staff time. I did join the company and my observation was spot on.
