We have had a very large amount of candidates applying and your name got mixed up with the one of the candidate who was actually late. We can assure you we never meant to sound 'scolding', but in consideration of your review, we will adjust the tone of voice of our future communications.
The scenario-based questions in our interview are a way for us to evaluate your approach towards different situations. In fact we have seen that, unfortunately, most HR managers have a strong bias towards run-of-the-mill recruitment processes, and not much on culture building within a fast growing company, which is a lot more valuable to us.
