I was contacted by an internal recruiter about my application via email and later conducted a brief, high-level interview with him. I then received a follow-up email letting me know that the team was interested in performing a second, phone interview with three managers in the IT department. That interview was friendly, conversational, and engaging. I answered questions on my professional background and skill set. I was advised that there would be a final interview, however the team opted instead to present me with an offer based on the prior interview alone. I also completed a drug screening and background check as part of the process, and all of that was very fast and all along the recruiter maintained good communication and constant updates. It was a really nice process.
