Interview
Recruiter reached out. Did a initial phone interview. Was told I would be advancing to the next round. Never heard back, got ghosted. That says a lot about the character of the recruiter and the culture of the company. Was willing to hear them out despite of the negative reviews on here, but it seems like those warnings are accurate.
Everyone was great during the process except for the last director. He muted while interviewing me and talked to someone else the entire interview. Not sure when he would be able to evaluate if I was a good fit or not given he was not paying any attention but the utter lack of respect is astounding.

Recruiter calls personal phone directly Hiring manager call before recruiter screen, peer screens, panel interview Comments: As company is based in Colorado, the pay reflects Colorado ranges and will not tier accordingly, even if you live in other regions. Even so, the offered pay will likely lowball you. The team didn't seem interested, even once offer was given. Had to reach out to try and confirm details and meet more people on the team
