Interview
It is a bit of a lengthy process. Took about a month. You will have 3 separate interviews and then have to wait for the next class to start. Questions were pretty normal.

Questions were very basic. How would you handle a difficult customer. What kind of experience do you have in this field. How did you hear about the opening. Where do you see yourself in 1,5, or 10 years.

The interview process was very straight forward. STAR method questions and took a total of about 2 weeks to get offer.

Interview
2 phone interviews, basic scenario questions. it was a 2 day process. 2 interviews done on separate days. Once hired I choose my own shift. Training was 7 weeks from 9-630, very simple and easy training . Also it was paid training. Classes were Monday-Friday, weekends off.
