I spoke with a recruiter and scheduled an interview. The recruiter was very friendly and thorough. She made sure I understood the job opening and pay and time requirements. After explaining and doing a little negotiation, my information was submitted for a background check, once that cleared I was able to start working with Enterprise. I showed them that I was eager to learn new things and had a helpful attitude one coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow. I saw the main office manager and main island station manager in the interview. They were nice and gave me a bunch of scenarios to better understand my personality. It was a good interview. They really understood what it meant to truly screen the interviewee and qualifying them for the position and what it really entails.

applied online then phone screening interview, then in person interview with branch manager and was offered a job at the end. background checks took a couple weeks. straight forward but a lot of waiting time
