Interview
It was a group interview with the two regional managers - the store manager of the particular location was not involved. I was only interviewing with one other girl. We all simply sat outside and they asked us a few questions back and forth, mostly regarding ourselves and our previous work experiences. It was fairly casual and a positive experience as far as interviews go. About a week later, I received a call and was offered a job.

Interview
Whole process took 1 week from my first interview. First met with the district retail manager who asked me the standard interview questions, availability, and personality questions. Then I met with the AGM and had a quick 25 minute interview who asked similar questions and threw in some situational ones as well. Both were really nice and laid back.

Interview
Pretty intense process for such a minimal job. Three interviews with recruiter, general manager, MOD, AGM, etc. Not difficult but a lot to handle for a min wage job. Super sales intensive, wanted to know a lot about my selling experiences and my customer service abilities.

Had one in-person interview and was hired on the spot. They asked me pretty standard questions about customer service, sales, and schedule. It was a very comfortable experience and the staff were wonderful.
