Interview
I applied for several positions at Ericsson Tallinn, but first got denied. Finally received one interview invitation for Manufacturing Engineer. During first round I was interviewed by 3 people: HR specialist, Manager of ME dept and Manager of Technology dept. Interview held in 3 languages: Estonian, English and Russian. At second tour got production tour and some refining description of proposed job.

Pretty standard ones. Describe your education and former career path. Why have you applied to this position. What type of work proposes an interest for you? How do you feel about participation in different projects at one time? How do you feel about writing work instructions and teaching people on them?

Interview
Met hiring manager and got asked both behavioral and technical questions. technical questions were difficult and I would recommend studying processes and tools to at least do well in that part since behavorial was pretty basic and straight forward
