They called me and asked me my work history. They a inquired about my knowledge and experience for the position. They informed me they would call me back by the next week with a decision as they had other candidates to interview. They called me back and offered me the position.

Question 1
How did I see patient care looked like from the position I was applying to.
There was a telephone interview followed by a 1- hour panel interview. The phone interview was a lot more casual and low- stress than I thought. The in person interview had great people who were very welcoming and each had specific questions.

I had two separate interviews. The first one was with HR recruiter and the second one was with my superviser and two other managers I would be working with. Each interview was brief and fairly stress free.
