Everforth CyberCoders Systems Administrator interview questions

I first started submitting for jobs at cyber coders 2 years ago, As almost 90 % of their opportunities match with my skill set. 1) They have a system generated email that sends out emails that match your skill set,when you reply to those emails you almost never get a reply back from the recruiter and sometimes just denial without a reason. 2) Out of curiosity I decided to call them up and see what's going on and when I discussed my profile with regards of the job requirements I was again frustrated with the immediate response of being screened out based on a lack of a certain certification which wasn't even mentioned in the job description. 3) I was lucky last month to be contacted by a very nice gentleman who did a wonderful job preping me up for the interview and walking through the process which I thought to be a turnover to the negative impression I have about the company,All the sudden I was switched to another recruiter and never had any feedback other then the usual negative without explaining why.
