Exient interview questions

1 half hour skype interview, followed by a take-home test to analyse some data (~1 day) and produce a report/presentation. Finished off with an in person interview discussing the presentation with 2 technical team members and a project manager.

Interviewed by the Studio Art Director and Lead Artist. Genuinely interested in my work and background and overall, a good interview. The company structure has changed over the years therefore I cannot comment on current interview processes. However, the Oxford studio has not had a new art hire for some time.
