The interview process consists of 2 telephone interviews, 2 in person interviews and 2 assessment tests one geographical on the computer and the other is a headset on the phone assimilation on answer and routing sales and customer service calls and then a back ground , drug, and including fingerprinting and then whole process takes about 4-6 weeks if accepted you receive an offer letter and then training lasts usually about 8 weeks
