Four interview stages, I got to the final round after a take home assignment where I discussed with two leads and a hiring manager. I never heard back from them after. The role was back on the market for over a month. I sent emails to the recruiter and the hiring manager a few times, all of which was ignored. Its so terrible that such a huge and popular company cannot afford to treat interviewees right buy giving simple feedback especially after such a long interview process. I will never be applying to such a company again. I had a meeting with the hiring manager who seemed pleasant but the team lead had an off putting demeanour, maybe he did not want to be at the interview - he should have taken note to rememebr that he represents the company. If I as an interviewer showed up looking grumpy and put off, the interviewers would have mad eit short, present yourself the way you want interviewees to present themselves.
