Interview
Multi-stage online process including general ability assessment, strengths testing and video interview. Then final assessment centre consisting of group task where we had to plan an event and a final interview
- applied online with CV info
- online aptitude test
- got an email and had an interview where I had to answer questions via video responses
- was emailed again to book in a virtual assessment day which included an individual interview and group assessments.
- was emailed and had another individual interview
- phone call with an offer received

Online assessment, video interview and assessment centre.
Assessment centre consisted of a introductory presentation, a networking session, a group activity and an individual interview with two members of staff.
The group activity was straightforward. There were a number of issues where you had to make recommendations on how to resolve them.
