Phone call and Visio discussions with the technical recruiter to establish my skills and what I am looking for in my next mission / job. Very open discussion, transparent and full of useful information for me,as a candidate. Approach was "candidate oriented", friendly and professional. It is a pre-interview, more like a kick-off discussion , so I cannot talk about an offer proposition, but I did pass the interview with the technical recruiter - we are just waiting for an answer from the client.
