The interviewer who was the CFO & co-founder, was simply the worst. From when I stepped into the room, everything got progressively worse. There were no pleasantries exchanged (I had to Google the company to find her name), and she said had the most absurd questions which were in no way related to my experience or technical knowledge about the industry. Instead, the questioned if my degree was real, if my experience was real, why I left London (and when I said instances like my camera being stolen were one of the many reasons, she asked me what guarantee I have about the fact that it doesn’t happen in UAE because as a matter of fact, it does). She kept telling that it’s not like London there and that they hustle and things like that. I have never been felt so humiliated and angry at the same time during an interview. They lack manners and etiquette. I left the interview declining their offer to go in for a trial.
