Interview process lacked professionalism and communication. Despite following up with the recruiter after the interview, I never received any feedback or update on the outcome.
I also left the process with some concerns regarding the tone and dynamics during the interview, which at times felt uncomfortable and gave me doubts around inclusivity and culture fit within the London team.
Overall, not a particularly positive candidate experience.

I never felt disrespected like this in a job interview before. The interviewer was taking calls and answering texts during the interview. Very dismissive attitude and arrogant. This tells you everything you need to know about how employees are treated there.

Applied through an agency, interview process involved a phone conversation with the recruitment consultant, an in person interview along with a 20 min test then a final stage online interview with the head of department.
Everything went well on my end, was told that I got the highest marks in the 20min test compared to other applicants and they wanted me back. I felt as if I already received the job.
I received an email 2 weeks after the final stage interview that out of two final candidates they’ve decided to go with the other candidate as they only had one position, no specific or personal feedback, just a blind pick decision.
