I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England)
Interview
For the phone interview I was asked the usual interview questions like why I applied; what is it about fdm in particular that appealed to me; what skills I can bring to fdm; and where my passion for IT came from.
I was told on the spot that I passed and was given very helpful feedback on how my answers could have been better. I was then sent lots of helpful advice and links on how I should prepare for the assessment day which went well for me. Maths and Venn diagrams were never my strong point but after practicing a few hours I found the exams a doddle!

Question 1
Why FDM?
How would you get to know the people you are working with?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jan 2022
Interview
Five stage interview process. General chat, followed by a more formal interview, technical questions and logic puzzles, then a final stage interview with three different interviewers.
I was brought in absolutely last minute (woke up at 9am to a phone call, brought into the Zoom meeting ten minutes later) for the final stage interview and that was clearly not considered in my interviews.
I ultimately received no contact following the final interview - not so much as a rejection email..

Question 1
Fairly complex logic puzzles - no actual coding involved. Mathematics, pattern recognition, etc.
