I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FactSet in May 2018
Interview
I got contacted through linkedin by a recruiter who asked me if I would be interested to work for the job positon of "content anlyst" and asked me to send him a C.V. following our first contact he decided to call me and explained me better what the job required from me, follwing that call he confirmer that I would suit the job considering my backgrounds and decided to set me up for a video call with the team lead. it litteraly too a month after to get the video call set up (first he told me in few days then it went to " I thonk you fit better for the customer support position and then again back to the content analyst and so on) Finally I have my video call, the team lead asked me lots of question about my backgrounds, my personality etc... it went really well. I was 90% sure I would have it. one week later I contact to get some news (yes I was supposed to have an answer by the begening of the week but well considering how "professional" is the company it is with no surprise that they did not take the time to call me back. Anyway the recruiter gives me the answer saying that we can't continue the process because they need someone with more financial experience. Now talking about that I must precize that not only they DO NOT SAY IT anywhere that they are looking for someone with financial background but it has never been mentioned with the recruiter nor the team lead.
