Easy for some hard for others, I came from another fairmont so it was easy for me. Others had to do a 3-5 step interview. They also make people reinterview if you are seasonal and coming back for just summer’s.

Had two interviews, first was long one on one asking a lot of scenario questions. It was about 30 minutes long. Second was relatively fast; interview with other manager, just to get to know you.
