Phone interview followed by on-site. The recruiter was responsible for getting me the phone interview. The phone interview was very basic. I was asked about my experience. I received a call later that day to set up a face to face interview. The face to face laster for about and hour. The hr person called mento next day to make an offer.

Applied online, got a call from the recruiter next day and had an hour of discussion gathering all my professional information. The discussion was very pleasing and highly convincing. He mentioned that will schedule phone screen with the hiring manager the next day. But no further responses, weeks later got a text message stating manager was out of town and will update by end of the day. Haven't got a response until today (almost a month now). Recruiting HR appeared to be a joke, lacks respect to applicants and overall unprofessional.
