I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Mar 2019
Interview
Two interviews- 1 preliminary phone screen, another hour long interview. Both were pretty easy- a few behavioral questions. Super friendly staff. Didn't require any background knowledge about the company. They more so asked about your abilities/why you would be a good fit for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you a good fit for this role? How will your past experiences make you fit for this position?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Moline, IL)
Interview
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills

Question 1
How willing are you to converse with a client about their quote, and converse about their options moving forward with it
