I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Caledonia, MI) in Oct 2023
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, virtual interview with two leaders. Behavior based questions. Takes 30-45 minutes. They will leave time at the end to for questions. They liked when I asked industry specific questions and thanked them. Make sure to get their names and send a follow up email. Always seem to be hiring, pay isn't great and tenure is low.
