Initial interview after meeting at a career fair was pretty basic culture for, how do you think and solve problems. Non-technical. Then flew to Denver for a second interview with HR followed by a technical interview.

Question 1
A drawer contains red socks and black socks. When two socks are drawn at random, the probability that both are red is 1/2. How many do you have to draw to ensure you draw one of each?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
